Our focus at McNair & McNair is meeting client needs and solving client problems. Some of the most common ways we have solved client problems include the following:

Custom-Designed Training

Our training programs are developed to meet the specific needs of a client’s situation, delivered by energizing, seasoned business professionals who have taken the time to understand the challenges unique to the client’s market environment. This custom service is the core of our business. In addition to leading interactive training sessions with managers and supervisors, we have provided train-the-trainer programs for field management and developed computer-based training programs for clients?internal use.

Project Management
We have run entire programs for clients, from either our own offices or from the client’s facilities. Included among completed projects are an executive recruitment effort and the start-up management of a new sales program.

Meeting Facilitation
One of our trained and experienced facilitators can run your meeting, leaving you and all of the other principals free to participate fully in the content of the meeting.

Consulting
We have provided consulting on a broad variety of issues, including performance management, marketing, sales communication, and one-on-one coaching for key executives.

Writing Procedure Manuals
Whether we begin from scratch or revise out-of-date materials, we can write clear, concise policies and procedures to help raise compliance and encourage consistency in your operations.

Keynote Speeches
Speeches to motivate or inform, to inspire or educate—our partners and associates are available to speak at sales meetings, new product introductions, customer conferences, and conventions.

Coaching
Both Frank and Laura are experienced in providing key employees with coaching sessions to help develop business and interpersonal skills, to build competence and confidence, and to gain personal insight.

Retreats for Board of Directors
We can design a retreat agenda to meet your specific retreat objectives and then facilitate and/or moderate the group sessions. Our facilitation services free you to participate in the meeting and heighten the likelihood of a good outcomes for you, your board, and your organization.
